I run, and have run Methanol forever,,
My thoughts are if it cant be proved legal (gray area) for gas, run it in fuel classes,,

We need a designated event only "Gasoline", this is the only way to end the confusion,, :)

I was talking with Motorcycling Australia today thay informed me that the Cardio-Vascular section (which usually takes three visits over a couple of months) of the medical for obtaining a FIM Licence is good for three years, so if you got a licence for the 2017 event, that section (medical) is good ...

Thanks Greg :D Advice to those considering entering FIM, start the ball rolling now as obtaining your FIM credentials can sometimes be a long drawn out process (re Medical if your over 50),, also take note that entries close at the beginning of January, so get ya ducks lined up "Before" Christmas,, ...

There were a number of Aussies spectating at Speedweek, I was standing in line to buy a shirt from the merchandising van, soon discovered another four in the same line :D Bones was the only Aussie competitor that im aware of, riding one of John Noonans bikes 8) Greg Watters and Kim Krebs competed on...

Landracing.com is run by Jon Weannerberg (spelling) aka Seldem Seen Slim who apparently was a gun slinger back in the day and Jon has a resemblance to him :D

owi Russ, hows things,, I recall a lengthy discussion on either here or Slims site regarding wings on motorcycles,, if memory serves me correctly the consences was that thay are detremental to handleing, especially where wind direction is concerned :?

JP you spent time in impound, what are your thoughts from seeing it from the inside ?

From your above comments I get the feeling that it would free up "competitor time" if vehicles qualifying, went to impound, checked, then immediately cleared to lineup in prestage for their backup run :)

I am all for two pass records, I am even more so for two way records,, I am happy to see the end of "One Hit Wonder" records :D One problem is that we don't have a pool of "Techs" (folks who are "Fully" conversant with the rules pertaining to each vehicle) to be ever present in impound, we are relyi...

I didn't make comment at the AGM, deciding instead to see how things went at the event,,

So where there indivuals sitting it out till the next morning in inpound, while multi entrie vehicles backed up records on the same day ??

On that min/max temperature, rainfall chart, if you hover your mouse over the induvial monthly windows, it actually shows the mean rainfall for March at 15.7mm, February at 18.1,,
