Welcome to Shannons Ltd.

The DLRA is very proud to announce our latest Speed Week sponsor, Shannons Ltd. Re: How to be a Good Starter

As David has said, we do not have a Chief Starter yet and whilst there has been a number of people volunteer for the start line, no one wanting to take on that primary role For 2018 there will be a pre-stage, so vehicles will come to the start lines 10 at a time. Re: World Speed Trials Australia

I have not been providing updates here but dealing direct with those that were entering for the event. And between them and FIM and MA this kept me busy enough for the last couple of months. The good news is we have 11 entries for the World Speed Trials. You can see the list at http://www.dlra.org.a...

For heaps of weather information check this page as often as you like

UHF Radios

A tip for teams heading to the salt in March. Your support vehicle must have a UHF radio fitted (tuned to Channel 10) a hand held is NOT an acceptable alternative. If you don't have a UHF radio or your old radio is looking a bit sad. Check out your local Repco store, they have UHF radios with an aer...

There's also some good info on the web site as to what things are required and inspected for cars See http://www.dlra.org.au/vehicle-inspection.htm So far as...
