Re: 2019 Speedweek dates?

Greg Just to clarify, I was asking about Fire and Rescue Squad availability, not really about the date clash of these two major motorsport events, sorry for any confusion. As far as Adelaide 500 dates, Round 2 of the Supercars Championship is now linked to the Australian F1 Grand Prix at Albert Park...

Re: 2019 Speedweek dates?

Greg I understand the conditions related to Rainfall and Moon Phases thing. This info was released just three days ago. I just thought the Fire and Rescue Squad also attended Clipsal/Adelaide 500 and that was one of the considerations for setting the Speedweek Date, that is why I asked the question....

2019 Speedweek dates?

I see that the latest news on Clipsal/Adelaide 500 says "The Adelaide 500 will again host the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship opener next year, on February 28 to March 3." https://www.supercars.com/news/championship/dates-revealed-for-2019-adelaide-500/ Will this have an impact on our curren...

Re: Two way runs for 2019

Why not maintain "one way records" as a local track record and create "Australian records" as 2 way runs. A lot of us have invested a lot of our lives to achieve the records that we own. To have these suddenly discounted or shelved would be unjust and unfair. Chris Yes Chris, that is another option...

Re: Two way runs for 2019

Thanks Greg I agree with the intent of this proposal and have a few comments/questions What is being proposed is the introduction of "Two Way Records". What will they be called? I have heard some mention of them being Autralian Land Speed Records or is this about DLRA Two Way Records? Is this an add...

Re: New Classic Engine Classes for Motorcycles

Just looking through the Entry List and I see a few interesting Entries as far as the new Classic Engine Class and just to Clarify it.... I understand that people might not want to run in the new Classic Engine Class even when they are eligible to run. I just hope that anyone that has a Bike that is...
