Chris I have used rearward facing bonnet scoops on road cars successfully. Hi Johno Welcome aboard. Would depend on the quality of the weld and prep mainly. Are the Uni yokes spigoted to the DOM or just butted up? If building a car I'd be contacting one of the car tech guys and starting to share details pics etc. That way there's less surprises for everyone at tech inspect...

Did you manage to find 1-1/2" ID stainless for collars?
I've turned up short in my searches so far; Edge buggies used to do them but currently don't.
