Thanks ... but my question is for a streamliner CAR the rules only stipulate you can use more than ! engine my question how many more than one can be used as the rules do not say or does more than one engine have no limit ?

Maybe its now time to look to a paid organisation or payed staff to run speed week as it would fix the majority of problems now encountered with a purely volunteer base, only one big negative I can see is would racers be prepared to cough up substantially more $$$$ to pay for it? Cheap working 2nd hand up/ down electric gear changer with or without ign cut out...new ones are stupid prices...nothing on fleabay , Chinese or cheap that I can find :cry:

Thanks Ronnie , I purchased an hydrometer for the fuel it measures in around 0.8 to 0.82 so it does have some water in it but not to bad seeing as the fuel is now around 10 years old for the first drum and 8 years old for the second, I'm to stingy/ poor to throw it away and get some fresh stuff. ......
