Re: washing vehicles prior to entry onto salt
Hi pete,
thanks for that, i had suspicions there was something supplied. are all racers then located at the camp that is 12kms away? i would prefer to be where the majority of racers are.

Re: Proposed second rain date for 2012
There's this other place they do a bit of Salt Lake Racing, it's been washed out 2 years in a row too though, think it's called Bonneville or something, I think they've managed to run a couple of successful events since though. We have had a couple of the wettest summers going for a long time, not ...

Re: Proposed second rain date for 2012
I'd um, write a response in big red font that said " I am asking all newer members who are regular users of the forum to use the search function to see what discussion has gone on before" but that didn't go down too well last time I said it.........  but , you know If yer fee...

Re: Proposed second rain date for 2012
Just being objectionable here, is there another location in Australia suited for speed trials? Somewhere that won't be rained out 2 years in a row? Like the ones listed on the dlra website.

To those people emailing me in regards to this thread.
I am sorry, I didn't mean to offend or ruffle feathers, just trying to get an idea of whats going on out there as a first timer.
Super excited about the event.
