Here is a pic of homemade pulleys for the micro-V belts....... They were made to take a 12 row belt, but in the end I used 3 x 4 row belts side by side (just get them from the same batch....read the numbers on the rear of the belts. The 3 belts lasted better than the single wider belt. It was a GM 2...

Grind up a bit of tool steel to fit the sample pulleys that you have......Made quite a few pulleys both alloy and steel 25 years ago, the belts are really quite tolerant to minor sizing variations......

yep. with a bit of modelling and taking advantage of the rule differences between the States and here I think that as you say, a front mudguard and a few other changes would recover what was lost. Interesting though that a bike that is legal in the USA and holds the record for a 125cc (42hp) at 141 ...
