Re: Search for a new track

Plenty of go fast places. My driver regular sits on around 175kph on the freeway from Suzhou to Wuxi. We still get passed by people regularly and this is amongst trucks going 45kph and the occasional bike carrying three family memebers and a ladder. It's good practice for the zen mindset required at...

Chev Motorhome Hauler

Re: Longford Flying Mile

Woah! What a line up of cars! How cool was that white BMW(?) thingy?

Great to see cars doing what they were made for and not the trailer queen game.

Any word on how smooth the tarmac was?

Heh Rev, I just looked at your Google map and all I can say is, take two spares...... Chris I'll take two spare camels. Actually I really like the exotic nature of Lake Gairdner and its distance from Melbourne as it feels like a real holiday. I like the sounds of this one for the same reason. It lo...

Re: Bilpea Claypan

Sounds like you've answered many of peoples questions alreadey which is great.

My only question is, "Can you move it a lot closer to Victoria????"

I wonder what tyre choices need to be made...

Good report, best of luck.

Re: Lake condition as at Dec.27th

Wow, nature can have awful timing when it chooses, and it seems to be making its presence felt globally. Thanks Cookey and all involved at the lake and elsewhere, it really feels like you did everything and waited as long as you could for the best info and decision given the circumstances. We all wi...
