Re: Lake condition and forecast

I will be putting together another video, but for some reason I just can't find the motivation this time around.......

Re: Lake condition and forecast
@Cookey - I will arm Plucka with my aviation radio so you can talk to me as I fly over. What time are you aiming to be lakeside?
Just for shits and giggles - I can post an immediate update from 5,000 feet over the lake!

Re: Lake condition and forecast
Thanks all. @JonB - I have an RV-6A affectionately known as "Little Red". The camera is mounted under its right wing and it only takes 20 minutes to get from Wudinna to the Lake. https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/IL3Mdk5aYBH2YR7KJeR4_OM-h58BnE5wggw6kS3j11M?feat=directlink Anyone on the...

Re: Lake condition and forecast
G'day all, Airborne recconnaissance of the lake done today. It is wet. Really wet. Difficult to tell from the air, but probably 2-6 inches of water over the entire racing area. Not only that, the water has washed a lot of salt from the shoreline - it was there a week ago when I flew over. Have hope ...
