Good one Doc that was going to be my tip as well.
Done it before and works a treat.
Used heater hose (the one for air not water), bent it to shape and that was the template. Worked every time. If you know how many degrees they can do that to.

Thanks for the update Ev, you know we are all thinking of you both and praying for a speedy and complete recovery. Still can't believe it. Now he's getting the best of care, make sure you look after yourself.
