i think it would be mps/bf1000.
what frame mods are you planning. would determine the class .
i imagine it would have to be fuel because gas is only for pump fuel i think.

hi ross, don't worry i've got smaller sprockets & i use a different back wheel. i've been out to the salt twice on the drag bike.
ducati got sold a couple of years ago, took that out there twice as well.
looking forward getting into that old z1000j. got my eye on a turbo system for it.

hi pete, it's not suzuki paint it's a copy of graeme crosbys z1000 moriwaki monster paint scheme that he raced in the late 70s. they are moriwaki corporate colours. with that z500, you would probably want wade cams to reprofile the cams. also some cylinder head porting,adjustable cam sprockets &...

hi guys, just finished putting kermit back together agin with my new bodywork. hopefully give it a burn on the lake in 2011. has new 1428 engine. this new bodywork in conjunction with the new footpeg position lets me get a lot lower on the bike. big thanks to steve barnett for the paint. http://i729...

hydraulic lifters & pushrods, i can't beleive you car engine guys.
real engines have cams that open the valves directly.

also the story behind the dr goggles photo. in 2004 when dr goggles & i were driving to the lake for the 1st time in my trusty volvo wagon he forgot his prescription sunnies so we stopped at a tool shop in horsham & bought these items to wear over his normal glasses. come to think of it stew...

just for the record, i love driving go carts, they are heaps of fun to DRIVE & RACE ON A CIRCUIT THAT IS SUITABLE FOR THEM.
i also respect & love my lawn mower. 2 stroke victa the thing just keeps going. it amazes me every time i start it. :wink:

did the go kart have a seat belt restraint system. to my way of thinking if it didn't have a seat belt you wouldn't want a roll cage. if it did have a seat belt you would have to have a roll cage. same principle as a motorcycle, if ever i came off my bike i would want to be as far away from the bike...
