Fridays mail saw the delivery of a set of Dunlop K81 TT100's. Possibly not the best tyre for the rear as the contact patch won't be huge, but they were the easiest H rated tyres I could find.

Re: 50 T-Bird
Heres a couple of pics with it pieced together with an empty engine, just to see how it looks. Next week should be a bit like Xmas and birthday all rolled into one as I'm expecting a new rear rim and spoke set, engine bits including new conrods, cam, cam followers, gaskets, main and big end bearings...

Re: 50 T-Bird
Next update. Not as much progress as hoped due to having started work on the shadehouse that was supposed to be finished `before' I started working on the bike. I have finally found a good set of std bore barrels from the US on e-bay. Have also bought a set of pistons (US), a new 3134 cam (Oz), new ...

M/VG 650 record
Just a query about this record. According to the records list this is held by Chris Fraser on a 1972 Yamaha.
Should the class read M/G 650 or is the wrong bike listed?

Re: TEST & TUNE WEEKENDS IN S.A.
Great news. Will be much better than Whyalla's 1/8 mile drag strip I was thinking I would have to test on.
Going to aim on having the bike ready to run in November.
