Do you need a lift to the salt this year?
I have a spot in my car ( Landcruiser) leaving next Wednesday week towing 7.5m enclosed trailer...going via northern Vic to pick up a few more bikes and people.

To All interested I arrived at the Lake at about 1:00 pm, quite over cast but no real signs of any threatening weather. Had some lunch and admired my patrol area from the canteen. Ev, is riding a new Vmax in the 2000 PP class Greg melted a head on the 750 whilst on the 220mph pass---shame---he's drivng back to SLC looking for a 2nd hand jobbie...good luck I think you'll find that Jim and Greg are riding the same bike and Kim is riding the naked bike...or something like that??...

Good going Gary...just one note that the titanium retainers are indeed heavier that OEM... they're only benefit IMHO is that they allow a little more cam lift due to design before the underside comes a mating with the valve seal. all the best mate... and I'll have a effing bloody big trailer for us ...

Thanks Rob for getting back to us. I'm sure the cars would be fine due to their lower speeds..bikes are another matter. I think if we were aware of the circumstances at Goulburn airport we would of taken brooms too.. there was gravel at both ends of the airstrip.... on my bikes ( I took my road Busa...
