Lynchy- i have just reread my post. It is (unintentionally )misleadingl! I don't where the car is based; I was trying to convey that the show is on at 8.00pm on ABC TV, IN SE Qld. But it will be a bit of a hoot if it is based here- we might not only outshine the Mexicans in footy, but with IT + TREV...

The last couple of posts are ringing terrifying true to me. I am an old fart (ie, 60plus) therefore I forget things- so I have notebook in my shirt pocket to write stuff down. I have a fovourite type of retractible biro which my wife is forever "borrowing". In the interests of make love, n...

Thanks mate- am used to towing K'roy to Melb., so K'roy to B'ne is a bit of a doddle. Have no probs with the cage- it will be the existing Cams cage beefed up, and be 8 point instead of the 6 point. I will really appreciate input re helmet strap and seat mounts, and with all that fibreglass, I'm sur...

Bob- I am the bearer of sad tidings. It seems those Mexicans (on their annual winter pilgrimage North) have snapped up all of the said tea towels. I know this news will be a bitter disappointment to you, and can only suggest that you seek professional help to tide you over this difficult time. Alter...

Maybe my ignorance of the salt and excitement at the prospect of running is getting in the way again- perhaps a more sensible approach is to build the car for 200+ but to treat the first year as a shakedown for car and driver, and aim to run at 175- with anything over that, a bonus.
