Re: Two engines to make one?

What is so bad about "A" ?
My feeling is you would have to make a common crankcase to be called 1 motor
then its no longer a brand X motor but a "Barra " and your still in A

Re: BMST 2016

Al set an AMA record ,it was low 2's ,and not a lot more now We have had spare 750 motors, but by the time you cart them from meeting to meeting with no fault for several yrs there more effort than needed and i hate tearing something down on the salt , the hurt B motor looks like it burnt valve seat...

Re: It lives

steel wire welding of the tank should not be too hard , done a few cut and shut std tanks , if you cut your side panels to a very neat fit you will need very little filler rod and get a radiused corner rather than a raised seam one i did earlier http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v378/maj750/LSRtank0...

Re: 2016 Satellite Imaging

Generally the surface was quite dry , apart from the return road on the No2 course ,which had water visible in the bottom of a wheel track and a damp surface in that area , shows clearly in the image you posted Paul Subsurface was wet , the salt had a gray hue between pressure ridges and around rais...

Re: last ditch effort

Hope its progressing well Gary Been chasing similar gremlins that turned out to be not enough crimp on connector pins and the wire backing out of the plug (but not enough to see) on the injector harness , lucky one of the primarys did it and it was easy to start diagnosing at idle then with multimet...

That bk and white image shows clearly where the wind has swept the water since the 5th , fairly prevailing from the north west unfortunately
and its quite dark around the canteen , hope that becomes lighter next week
