the rule book section 7.c.2 leathers say " A back protector is mandatory in all classes."
Where the class record is above 200mph, full body armour is highly recomended.

not a bombadore driver but i would say nissan driver coming back from a drift day, the article says it all, cable ties holding the body together (fromt and rear bumpers) rear full of tires (spears for drifting) and fuel smell (surge tank and fuel pumps in the boot) my guess the car was a nissan s13 ...

Yeah whats the go with the rules reguarding blown front engined cars under 175 mph??? The rule book makes me belive that i can use an SFI 3.2A/5 with nomex underwear or a CAMS single layer or better, but then it states that all blown front engine cars require SFI 3.2A/15 or 20 gloves and boots???? I am about to build an air dam for my gas coupe and i was just looking for what would be the right thickness, im going to use aluminuim and was thinking of 2mm would this be suitalbe to hold up to the high air pressure on the dam?
