Would a couple of large rotating RED roof lights on top of timing van that are switched on by the Timer when track is closed help? Seems to me the timing van roof can be seen from either end of track.
Thanks again everybody for a great week.

Re: Is there still 125mph licensing?
Yes I have GPS fitted but on a rigid bike I could not read it over 80mph on the Tailem Bend test days, at 110mph I could not see the GPS. Vibrations take over but I will use the piece of string method tied to the handle bars, when it tickles my nose I will be around the mark.

Re: Is there still 125mph licensing?
I have often wondered about this. When you do not have a speedo and a tacho would be quite useless with wheel spin and with what gear you are in, how do you estimate your speed within 10% or for that matter 5%? GPS would be fine if you were not vibrating like a dildo on warp factor 3.

Could be the year for The Triumph with the Gyronaut X1 trying to be ready for 2013. Would be a bit sad to see Burt knocked off though.

Re: why all cow is flawed
I think that is Montlherys point, he already has a set of $1850 leathers that now under the new rules are illegal but can buy a set for a few hundred on ebay which are legal.
