Greg, The Committee is committed to increasing the safety level of all race vehicles/bikes. The risks seems to be greater over 200mph and as the Rule Book uses this threshold for a number of other rules it seems convenient to adopt this speed, but again open to discussion. I received a message from Colin today to say Trent is still having difficulties of one sort or another. It will be a long and slow process so all our thoughts and prayers will be necessary for some time to come. Colin wishes to thank everyone for their ongoing concern.

The Jag goes on the Dyno in an hour. Last minute rush last night with my brother Robert with bleeding the clutch cylinders, plug change etc and the found no oil pressure on wind over. Fortunately it was just the mega buck Honeywell sensor that was stuffed so we swapped in a live line and all is good...

Well that certainly gets me 'happy in the pants', as the term goes. We are shorting out whether we should/can stroke it slightly and the new rod length that will ensue. It looks like new pistons as well to bring the comp up to methanol requirements as the original comp was 7.1:1 when I ran it on pet...
