I still think the best option is to ship to Alameda/Oakland as LA area adds another 6 or more hours to the drive to Wendover. An incredible amount of containerized shipping comes in here.

If you ship them to Bay Area--Oakland,Alameda.SF(that is where we shipped the Ack and our bikes from) I can assist with logistics on this end.And my brother has a HUGE motorhome with garage/liftgate built into the back, so could probably steal that from him to assist.Plus it is a much shorter drive ...

My younger brother just picked up a very nice example of an RZ-500, he and I both been lusting after them for years. Very difficult to get one that was registered as they were a "gray market" bike here as 2 stroke streetbikes were no longer sold. Then in a sheer coincidence, the guy doing ...

Bob,you can keep the vegemite, but the beer was very nice!!
Busy working extra OT to fund my bad habits--building new bike from ground-up, no more using a street-bike to race, will be single purpose bike only. Big motor, big turbo, hopefully--big numbers.
Other than that, would love another visit.

Greg, would have loved to have been sent over for your fires. We watched them on the news for sure. I would gladly have volunteered to have my department send me to help out--and visit a bit with some of you all.

Thanks, Gary. How goes things? Bikes ready for racing??
What is Wayne up to,he must be busy as can be as he never answers his e-mail. Give him a good kick for me, OK. I keep sending him questions regarding my adding turbo to my Sprint and about adding FI to my next gen Bonneville Buell.

We had this same battle with the SCTA regarding the "all Leather" rule. If you do a search on Landracing.com you can find pages of posts about it. It was a kneejerk reaction to a single perceived incident. There was no input solicited from any of the racers the new rule would impact. The i...

Bones, Cannot say as I have but just looking at the way those wheels were pieced together made me shudder. Too many places for failure--especially with hi HP stuff. Look for a 1 piece wheel/
