NO FUEL AT IRON KNOB

John Dawson was at Iron Knob on Sunday and the petrol station has closed. Fill up at Port Augusta.

Doc will have a sign out on the highway so hopefully this will help out a few as well.

There is still a rumour going around that there is water on the lake.
It has not rained for all of February.
The lake was checked again last Sunday (27/02/2005)
So tell all your friends

Just spoke to Rob Carroll, the condition of the lake is excellent for this time of the year. They drove from the entrance to the lake across to the other side and back last Wednesday 29th Dec. Didn't pick up much salt with the wheels and very smooth. At least as good as if not better than last year....

Spoke to Rob Carrol yesterday. There's about 5 blokes going over to drop stuff off and do a little bit of work. They will be back on the 1st or 2nd and Rob will ring with a salt report then.
