The timers don't finish until around 8:00pm each day - do you want a meeting after that?

Re: Crosswinds
We have already started working towards improvements to the timing system for the next event. I'll be working with quite a few people to determine the improvements that need to be made to the system software and database to make it better than it currently is. I'll start a new thread soon to ask for...

Re: Lake Condition for March 2015
Had a weird experience on the Sunday when we were setting up later in the day. We were heading back to the timing van from the 5 mile timing setup and at some point we could see a colour change on the lake surface and I thought it was cloud but the wheel noise changed as soon as we transitioned to t...

Comment re the weather station
Please keep me in the loop with any plans regarding this as we may/(probably) be able to incorporate the data into the timing system so that the environmentals get databased with the timing info for each run.

Re: Interesting results & thanks to the workers
I'm not sure that Brook gets on the forum but he lives not far away and we catch up occasionally at local hot rod events. I'll pass on the good wishes.

Re: Internet at the Lake 2015
This was pulled together by Dave Plecas. It's really useful if people need to get a message out for any reason. It's not for voice calls. But Wapper will be able to post some results on the forum and keep all the people who can't get to the lake informed. Hopefully we will get it in future as well.

I think he mentioned not wanting to taint the taste of the meat (that the real men were eating) with your vegetarian muck (as he was mixing you up a soy latte).

Re: Shaguar
Feedback from the dyno room. A few issues with throttle blade adjustment + zeroing the TPS + adjusting the crank trigger 10 degrees back + air gap adjusted. The engine is now idling properly instead of at 5000rpm. Dyno runs now scheduled for approx. 5pm Sydney time. Stay tuned.

Re: Shaguar
Looks like a bit more work till it's ready for the dyno? But then there's always a million things to slow down work like this. I can see that the eye bolt is no longer in place Rob - one less thing to do. And you've now met Big Dave - life will never be the same for you after the bus trip coming up....
