My 2 cents (just because I come from a systems engineering background and have dealt with a lot of requirements definitions for large complex projects... The best way to analyse what a requirement should state is look at the "fit criterion" and then judge if the requirement would meet that...

Oh dear I might have to start saving - they have a scooter class if I am reading the rules page right. edit: unfortunately the FIM person who created the rules doesn't know much about scooters. 1) They have a moped class - a moped is something (motorbike or scooter) which is speed limited to 50km/hr...

Seems like a lot of work Paul and not sure you would see any smoke coming from a small leak. An update - I am building a smoke generator compression tester for simultaneously testing that the system holds pressure and showing where the leaks are. This is built out of a $55 RC smoke machine (used for things like model steam trains), a hacked 12v compressor and a bunch of tubing etc 3px9sToG6...
