No real help but standard thread cutting inserts won't work, UNC, UNF and Metric threads are 60 degrees and the Pommy stuff is 55 degrees. Shouldn't be too hard to grind up a pice of tool steel, just have to dress the convex radiuses by hand. Odd pitch spacing, doesn't equal an imperial measurement ...

Welding is good, so you haven't been rewired for sound then.
That Gen2 radiator is still hanging on my wall if you want it to reverse the pipes.
