Hey Dave

I have got the RGV ready again, just got to do a tidy up and a lick of paint. I was hoping to run APS but had to change plans a week ago. I will run MG 250 again.

Next job is to keep the dust out of the trailer, got a shock last year more dust inside the trailer than on the outside  .
Traps for new players. Ha Ha!!!

Yeah I'm getting very close, the new bike I'm building just needs to be sprayed and tune up and I'm good as done. Then it off to the drags for a test and tune session :)

At this point I'm prettysure I remember how the car goes together, other than that there is a motor somewhere, that someone else is pretty sure they know how to assemble......

That's all I can say right now.....
...few understand what I'm trying to do , but they vastly outnumber those who understand why..

Hi, Shaun, there is no street class. Nearest thing will be Production class. Check out the rule book to see what is required re roll cage, safety equipment etc. It is a sure thing that if you go once, you will be bitten by the dreaded "salt bug". Cheers, Pete. DLRA #6

Hey Peter
yep im ready except for not having any barrels yet, bought a set from England that were advertised as "as new" as new 25 years ago maybe, so back they went. Then a set from Sydney that "would suite new buyer" one was the other had a big chip out of the nicosil on the exhaust bridge, so yep back they went. Next move is to buy a set of good second hand ones locally and send them to NZ for replating. Luckily the NZ $ is worth around $0.25 Aust atm. well almost.
When i get a good set of barrels ill pull the motor to bits, give it a clean and put it all back together. Great thing about 2 smokers is that thats probably a weekends work lol.

CYA there

Thanx

I've just removed the link to the online rulebook.
It's now out of date and we don't want people using it.

We do have hard copies of the 2011 SCTA rulebook, which is much closer to the mark.
I think these are available from the DLRA, $10 each, give Carol a call.
