Sorry, I am a bit out of touch here too...

I am living in the UK for the next few years do I need to pay too?

I don't want to come back and be slammed by a five year hit!

The $25 annual fee is for "active" members.
You need to be active to race or get the newsletter posted or online pdf.
Keep the shiney side up........

I'm wanting to join up this year.

The DLRA website indicates that membership is a once off payment of $100 (for life).
http://www.dlra.org.au/hb-join.htm http://www.dlra.org.au/hb-member.htm

Is the $25 annual fee on top of the $100 or instead of it.

Apologies for the newbie question. It's not exactly clear on the website.

Chris,

$100 joining and $25 annual subscription fees so you are current and get the newsletter(s).

Cheers,
Rob
