Do you know its raining at the lake,and do we have a rain date?
Well it does sometimes, but not enough to worry us and no.

Is anyone checking the lake before the race meet?
We will have people at the lake the week before the event. Due to the fact that we have had people out there several times already this year and we know the conditions there are no special trips planed.

How many entrants are there?
As of the 10th Feb, 134 not including any rollovers from last year.

Is the canteen going to be serving food? How much does it cost?
Yes, how much are you going to eat.

Are the traditional owners going to let the event happen??
We have a permit from DEWNR and the Lake Gairdner Co-Management Board and an MoU with GRAC. So yes.

After the recent rain in South Australia is Speed Week still going ahead?
There was an inspection of the Lake by DLRA members and DEWNR ranger on 20/02/2014. There was about 1" of water on the lake, but the event is definately going ahead. This should have all cleared up by the time we are ready to run.
