Lake condition monday 22nd sept '14

Post by saltboss »

G'day,
I was at the lake last monday the 22nd sept. There was water extending approximately 200 metres west from the ramp area and salt seems very firm underfoot. There appears to be a build up of salt around the ramp area. We walked out to where i think the start line is, salt damp but very firm. A strong northerly wind was blowing so water was pushed down to southern end of the lake. Looking north the lake looks perfect.

I hope it is as good as 2005, when Lynchy set his record.
That year the weather was really kind, and the salt was hard as foock. Really hard, man.
