Notice to all drone operators.
The DEWNR who are the managers of the Lake Gairdner National Park are currently formulating a Remotely Piloted Aircraft policy which will be in place for Speed Week 2017. Under this policy there will be no provision for recreational use, the only permitted use will be commercial use. If you were intending to take a drone to Lake Gairdner for Speed Week please register your interest with me so that I can keep you up to date with all developments.
