UHF Radios

Post by DLRA »

A tip for teams heading to the salt in March. Your support vehicle must have a UHF radio fitted (tuned to Channel 10) a hand held is NOT an acceptable alternative. If you don't have a UHF radio or your old radio is looking a bit sad. Check out your local Repco store, they have UHF radios with an aerial for just $169 as part of their 30% off sale.

I've got a programmable UHF that I have put the 80 UHF channels into, can I find out who programs the club radios with the "club channel" so I can get the details and do mine as well?
Cheers.

G'Day Tom,
We have a repeater of UHF DLRA Private Channel 1 (Track 1) to UHF Ch 20
So you don't have to program your radio.

If you want to listen to Support vehicles it's UHF Ch 10
