2007 SPEED TRIALS RESULTS -ONLINE

Post by DON NOBLE »

GDAY . Now this is my idea about getting some results from the lake A.S.A.P. . I wont be going to the event , SO , those at the event can phone me from the DLRA camps phone , and i will put up whatever results you want onto this here page . My most senior apprentice reporter Mr Paul Lynch is going to phone me daily with the high lights of the day which i will relay onto this page . Those who dont know Paul , he will be working the start line , no not that grumpy old bugga ( thats Cled ) . Pauls the cleancut tall Queenslander . If you want you can pass info to Paul or phone me direct . Ok heres my ph no 0413 546 380 or leave a message on my work phone 07 3276 8781 .
Now any speeds i list will be strictly unofficial speeds , that will be made official by the officials at a later date .
Now if you got a problem with that let me know
Oh bugga think i,ll go and have another sook cos i cant go .

"Pauls the cleancut tall Queenslander."

Don't call me a Queenslander! I still cheer for the Blues. I just live here! Queenslanders are the guys who drive 10 ks under the limit on fine days and 20 ks under on wet ones - usually in the right hand lane of the freeway....

Anyway, Paul's the overweight, bald guy assisting Cled and is the poorer half of the Big Gaz Race Team - hoping to make it's debut on the salt in a very nasty Jag in '08. Gary rang me today to advise that he's bought himself 2 x very rusty XJS's for their V12's. These will form part 2 of the Shaguar Ass-salt.

More news to come....

Well when you think of it most Queenslanders are mexicans ( from sth of the boreder )anyway . pls dont deny being a QUEENSLANDER , we are above the rest ( especially in latitude ) :D . And tell me where are those slow drivers , not on the Gateway arterial thats for sure .

faxing results

Post by outbacktrev »

Don,
We need to choose our words more carefully. YES I will be taking a fax machine up to the Lake. SOMEBODY :?: will collate the race results and apply them to paper (that will not be me!) I will gladly assist with the faxing of said results (If I am still capable depending on the time of night) :D
Cheers,
Trevor

As I will be with Animals camp, there's every chance I will have the timing slips passing through my hands. As per usual someone from Club Animal will be recording each run as results are announced over the radio to put up on the board. I'll be happy to put together a list.
Keep the shiney side up........
