One bike is as ready as my budget can bear  ,sadly the finances are kangaroo teddy ( ROO TED),so IF 2009 happens ??it will be an extreme no frills event for hawkwind racing , I have all but given up on trying to interest anyone from the Canberra region to crew and share travel costs.
Anyway hope it happens and gets the black dog of my sholders
cheers
gary
PS Chris I still have a heap of nitrous available 30/40 lbs if you want let me know and we can do a deal :)

I'm getting closer, quicker than march '09 is coming 'round @ this stage, smiles all 'round tonight after finding the intake cam was 3 1/2 crank degrees late in the opening dept, and I've found an ign timing setting it's happy with and its sounding great, even with the wrong carb on it.
Regardless of I get a ride or not, I'll be there in '09 . :D

We will be at the Lake. With the tank.....in the meantime( from Jan 6 when my plaster comes off) I'm gonna be busier than a one legged painter in a messy shed with no money......

Oh God of speed ....grant us MERCY!!!!!!!!!!
