Guys

Are we meeting up on Sunday or what? Checked back through the notes and it seems that we are meeting this Sunday the 16th at 11:00am. Are we still on?

Yes Paul,

I'll be there, bringing Terry and I spoke to PeterB who's coming and bringing a couple of newbies. Isn't that bloke from Orange coming too?

The large covered picnic "pavilion" closer to the carpark than last time, Kev's bringing his BBQ, I'll bring the big 40+L keg full of fresh water and assuming I find it, a gas stove to heat water or whatever.

11am this Sunday (16th August) at Camden showground for anyone who's unsure.

Cheers,
Rob

Thanks - Gaz and I are coming. I don't think Richard (HG Panelvan man) is as he has another engagement.

I'll see if we Gaz can bring the Jag along - it looks meaner now!!!

BTW - what do we need water for???? And from memory there was an electric Barbie already there.

G'day Paul,

No idea on the electric bbq mate, Kev said he'd bring his. Given he lives up the road I figured he knew the place but perhaps not?

Water never goes astray, there's always tea/coffee if it turns into a blizzard

Definitely bring the Shaguar if you/he can.

Cheers,
Rob

Just saw the Sunday forecast, 29C for the city, not sure for Camden but probably warmer!

Yep - Jag's out, we're in.

He's got his old Chrysler Royal on the trailer at the moment so too much mucking around to swap it over. If anyone's looking for a project car, it's for sale!!!! It comes with a spare parts car as well.

We'll come over in my old XY.

Too much frontal area and drag.... mind you, two in the back yard would sure cut down on the mowing!

Gary

It just occured to me to write something about it.

We had 6 of us show up. Kevin Saville, Rob, Terry, Big Gaz, Big Paul and Big Rob. We talked crap for a few hours and had a feed courtesy of Kevin (big thanks to Kevin by the way!). It was quite good.

Rob took some photo's of the bunch and will probably post them soon.

So Lynch you think you've taken your crap talking ability down there with you and we won't be able to do it without you.
I'll have you know we can talk almost as much crap at Qld meetings as we could when both you and Don (the relative Kiwi) were both here and I think with a little bit of practice at our next meeting we can out crap the both of you. I'm just missing a vital ingredient.

Has anyone heard from Bob

I'm still breathing,

We left the meeting (Terry and I) and went to check out Kev's street and salt "T" buckets. I wound up shivvering and driving home with the heater at full tilt on a 29' day. Can you say swine flu?

I'll get a couple of pics up, probably this afternoon.

I haven't seen or heard from Bob in ages either and was wondering if he's ok? His last post here was June 24th so almost 2 months ago.

Cheers,
Rob
