Question:

"Would one risk being shot if one was to suggest that the odd shower of rain would keep the dust down" :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P

You want to try the West I have begun to forget the name of that wet stuff that drops from the sky, have not seen it for a couple years other than a couple of freak storms.

OK,
Just cause its all gone quiet don't mean this is off the boil. The opposite. We have gauged the response and made the decision to continue investigating and adding pieces to the puzzle. When I know more I'll post it here straight away.

I've started to pack already.
I nearly had a psychic girlfriend but she left me before we met.

Thanks Gary
Your on............. Long way to go with all the background stuff yet.

Question for Big Gaz. My understanding is street class will be back with the 2012 Rule Book. Can you confirm that this is correct?

OK
Latest update is that Bilpa will not run this year. The claypan is still well underwater as is most everything else out in that country that holds water.
We continue planning and scheming and my thanks to the many members that have put their hand up to help.

As soon as its dry enough to drive on we plan to contact the station. We plan to head up there and do some kind of surface endurance testing, to make sure it will be suitable for repeated runs. This aspect is unknown at present so this is the next logical step.
I will update more as things progress.

Word is the claypan has dried out.
Bridgey is in The Isa this week and will bring back further news but expect slow progress. Several issues to work through.
One positive step at a time is all I'm aiming at the moment.
The end result will take as long as it takes but we are arrguably the most patient racers in the world? :x
