based on my experience with creating my own tools... looking at it - it appears that you could do it all yourself with an Excel spreadsheet. What you are really paying for is not having to go to the effort of finding the sums you need to input, the data such as atmospheric conditions at the salt (but using this for here is not as valuable) and comparision data of other cars (which is really valuable for checking the math is right - and maybe determining impact of whell slipage on salt).
The speed will be highly dependant on drag coeffecient and that will be a guess for most people. The comparision data may help that guess be more accurate.
It would have some value but you'd still need to do some math to work out how the values "there" relate to "here".
