Chris Holder from Sydney has won the FIM World Speedway Championship in Poland yesterday. :D :D :D

As Jason Crump retires Chris Holder steps up and continues Australia's success in recent years in Speedway GP fantastic effort.

Went to a round of the speedway GP at Millenium Stadium in Cardiff a cuppla years ago, Holder won the night :D , with Crumpy closing fast, half a lap more and Crump would have got him i recon ,,,
Speedway at its "clinical" best, professionaly orginised and ridden 8) ,,,
The Polish fans just go "off", playing trumpets, drums, singing and letting off flares, all part of the entertainment :lol: , top stuff,,
First Australian to ride a motorcycle over 200mph at Bonneville,,,

I used to go to "The Ekka" and watch Bert Kingston, Jack White, John Titman, Steve Rienke, Phil Crump, Billy Sanders and many others it was Big :D :D :D

That's were my Need for Speed started LOL.
