Hi blokes ..... went to start programming my ECU ( haltech E11V2) I have 2 laptops both 64 bit one win 7 other win8 .... the Haltech programme downloaded ok but when I went to start it no go ....says its not compatible with 64 bit operating system ....haltech say it wont operate with a 64 bit operating system and that it boots with a 16 bit sub routine ???? ...any computer nerds with some advice ???..can I overcome it with loading up windows XP as I have a disc on one of my existing computers or do I need to try to get an older pc with different hardware ???

You could try running XP on vmware (virtual machine) on your windows 7 x64 laptop. Not sure how it would go with Windows 8.
