Dallas - ADV rider 2017

Hi
I am wondering if anyone can help. I went to the event last year and we bailed out early because of the rain.
There was a guy there that helped many of us. He was riding a BMW Adventure bike and I didnt get his details before we took off. All I recall was he was a Baker named Dallas. His mate was with him who also worked at the bakery.
If anyone has any more information I would really like to get in contact with him
