I don't think I can make it to the salt this year, but I am interested in meeting up with any teams from the Newcastle area. Any out there?

There are. There are a couple of us in medowie, Gavin with his truck, me with my HQ Monaro, and Bob and the rest of the Stans at Swan bay with the Model T, make up "Team Speed", give me a call if you'd like.
