Pit Placement
Quick question, someone mentioned the other day that the pits were no longer going to be where they were last year, but, closer and maybe out in front of the canteen, can anyone confirm this as we are looking at taking another vehicle up there but if the pits have changed location we may not need it. Cheers.

If you do back to the main forum menu and then go to the Australian event news you will see posts re the pit and track layout

these are still in draft form but I don't expect them to change much between now and the 5th
Both these pages will form a handout that I think will be given to all competitors at the drivers meeting on the Monday morning.
Note the track is in the same location as is the pits, so no change there. But the timing lights start at the 2 mile through to the 5, with another at 21/4mile."
