You know what the best thing about the sub is , that when we were arriving and saw it , and couldnt believe what we saw , and burst out laughing . And each time you drive past it you gotta smile . And mention it to anybody at Mt Ive and they smile too .
The vessel had its official " launch " in early Sept , complete with champagne and a party yee haa and a yo ho ho .

That's Cookey's doing he was complaining about the poor quality Google Earth images, He wants to get the attention of the US military..
USS Cookeyvelt

Imagine the absolute Chaos you could cause if you planted that on the Lawn of Parliament house in the middle of the night,
plant your Business name on the side you'd get international free press for a while followed by a trip to the big house sponsored by your local state government.
Don't Worry, It only seems Kinky the first time..

Well Marg was a bit reluctant about going out there , but was totally awed by the scenery . Nature really put on a great show for us , wildflowers animals , rock formations . The ppl at Mt Ive were brilliant and the fellow travellers passing thru were good value . Oh and maybe the freshly bought reds from the barossa valley ,consumed under the stars helped too ..
