All are welcome, early arrivals are welcome to coffee and a chance to catch up for a yak. A great opportunity for the newer guys to ask a few questions, if you want to drag your project along, I'm sure there will be plenty wanting to cast an experienced eye over it for you.
The meeting starts at 11 sharp and depending on whats on the agenda can go till 1 or 2 o'clock. If you remember, bring your own chair.
Vicki arranges for a (BBQ or cold meat and salad) lunch after the meeting and soft drinks are available, so bring a few bucks to help cover their costs. We also run a raffle during the meeting so bring another $2 for that or better still, something to donate as a raffle prize. There is always something unique and desirable on offer.
Carol will have all the DLRA merchandise there, maybe some 2008 event T-shirts, Club T-Shirts, stubby holders, posters, stickers.
You probably won't get out of there much before 3 or 4 in the afternoon.
