OK I will re-phrase that. Mark was first on the scene to help out.
You have to say the driver was very lucky. Did he resign from the DLRA ? How does that work ? I paid a membership and understood that you only then paid to race !

Bob sorry if it sounds like I am correcting you but if this information is correct he can not have been a member or for that matter a former member. A racing guest perhaps
