Bob suggested the 16th and it seems to work out ok for some so far. I've got a leave pass to go to Melb on the 17th and Big Gaz will meet us there. We can split a car 4 ways if you and Bob are ok with it?

16th June ,11.00AM , Eliminaters Club Rooms - Burchill St , Loganholme.
Will be a sausage sizzle (need volunteers for burning the snags!).
And for clean up after meeting (putting away chairs,BBQ , etc etc) we need help there too.
Maybe a raffle if enough people show up ,
Let every one know , your decisions and proxy votes will be taken to the AGM the following day by Chris , Paul , and Bob.

Guys and Gals,
The meeting on the 16th will be our Official Inaugural meeting.
We will be accepting membership applications and electing office bearers.
Anyone with items for the agenda please let me know so relevant issues can be raised.
I will post the meeting agenda and email it to all those on my list Tuesday the 12th.
