We will have snags on the BBQ as normal.
Gold coin pls.

We plan to go straight into the General meeting at 11.30am sharp with a break for lunch at 1.00pm then complete the meeting after lunch.

Chat time, bring your pics and videos for all after the general meeting. Don't forget a chair. We need a few items to raffle and a fiver to waste on the raffle prizes if you wish.

We have lots to discuss so this will be a more formal and longer running meeting than our normal relaxed affair so please be prepared for this.
Any agenda items please PM Dennis Campbell Bob or myself. Just the big picture items then we will discect on the day. I know many of you are thinking about similar things.
I will post the agenda here on Monday the 11th so have your stuff in before then.

This will be a big meeting and we want Bob, as our State Delegate well up to speed with the views of members to present to the next Melb meeting.

Look foward to a big turnout guys and gals.

Sorry Bob/Dennis have already got the big picture agenda on his glossy flyer above so that deletes one job. We will certainly add a bit more as we go.
