Just a quick thankyou to Ross for putting on the bike pre-inspection. (And having some positive comments about my bike :D )

Unfortunately I had to leave early, but I hope everyone got as much out the day as I did.

Also a particular thankyou to David (Track 2 Starter), who took the time to explain some of the speedweek workings and generally have a great chat.

Looking forward to the salt.

Cheers.

Hi Ross. Will there be a motorcycle pre-inspection opportunity for 2018 event? I am a possibility at this stage if I can swing my work time around the 2018 event.

I dont think Ross is doing this at the moment , Hopefully someone from up there will chime in if there is the chance of a preinspection

Otherwise if you have any questions just ask
Main things you will have to do are the safety wiring , chain guard and battery retainer

A tip for any new Motorcycle Entrants ....

Go to the DLRA Rule Book and on pages 127 - 128 (standard text)

You will find a Checklist that is used when you go through Tech Inspection.

Follow this list ......

If you need further Clarification then contact the Chief Motorcycle Inspector .....
