So speedway has a purpose eh?
I thought speedway was an expensive way to redistribute dirt. It's also a great social outlet for young guys dressed in karting suits...........

The original starting equipment is going to have to be removed ,as the starter drivers are needed to link the engines together
meaning the liner will need to be started remotely.the right hand side front engine is were this will connect into, apart from having the ignition converted to that side on the front engine its starter driver will have nothing to do.
the next couple of posts will be the building of the remote starter.
rule 1: must only use parts that are allready lazing around the shop :D
starter motor : toyota 5r: , was the spare one for the work van ,but since the council last week decidided it was a abandoned vehical & gave me seven days to remove it or a fine would be forth comming  " off to van heavan it went "
gear set : kawasaki zzr1100 output drive and gear
20mm plate aliminium found in scrap yard a year ago.
BACK TOO IT :!:

Anderson connectors are the two pronged external battery connectors which help when you want to plug in a remote battery to fire it up and quickly disconnect it.

Funny enough they use them alot in the Telco industry.

Scott

I've worked with Optus / Telstra / Cisco / Nortel currently with 3D.

Ross - Thanks for posting the Barbie info, I've been a bit busy lately. I'll drop the Anderson thingies over sometime soon.

Wow.

What a radical thing.

I wonder what it will feel like steering as you will swing a bit...

Keep up the great work.

So are you going to join the engines together via the starter clutches?
