Ross,the wheel base is a bit longer than what`s in drawing,i draw it up a couple of months aggo.Laser cut some more chassis bits today,to put the curve in the underbody,tommorow will cut bits for the rear section,then fingers crossed weld them up to frame.Will try to post some pics[daughter knows how to ]. cheers F.G.

When I said I was looking forward to watching the build .... Didn't mean through a magnifying glass.......
postage stamp pictures can tell a different story.
Picture 1: somebody fighting with a vacum cleaner :shock:
Picture 2: somebody pouring beer onto a sparkling piece of steel .. :shock: :shock:
Normally one just saves the picture and blows it up with the viewer ...NOPE... some crazy upload format being used.
486 had to pick the lock and reveal the truth to the picture 8)

and theres a exersize bike in there as well :shock:
Exersize is a "sin" put those two contraptions in the bin......


Nothing like the excitement of the begining of the build :D good to see the start 8)

Yeah fellars,the chassis is sitting on a timber table with steel frame bolted underneath.The 50x50shs lengths are clamped square and diagonal ,table is only for working height[gut gets in way]. Gheers F.G.

Well all my running gear went for a swim,Mates house went under in his own words [shit happens], main thing his family and himself are okay,he is more worried about my gear my reply is [shit happens] i`ll just rebuild no prob.Not long till March ,is everyone excited,is everyones knees starting to tremble,[you lucky bastards ].Will be there next year. Ross, don`t know where Nathan lives. My nephew has moved on ,so it looks like i`ll be heading to the salt on my own next year.
