Just did some numbers on the wheels at that speed.

From the videos etc they look like about 20" diameter and if we say they are 10kg weight....... Well

At 2200 mph

They would be spinning at 36,000 rpm
They would have a surface acceleration of 748,000 G's
and a consistent force of 8252 Tons.... radially on EACH wheel......

That is just one of the problems to overcome....

How many miles would you need for the run up, and then to slow it down again? Is there a salt flat big enough?

2200mph would make the curvature of the earth feel like you just crested a rise in the road and gets light on the down slope
