Sad news folks John Beckett co founder of the ECTA died today after a savage crash at the bonneville salt flats , my prayers and commiserations to his family :cry:

Sad , very sad when something like this happens to one of our fellow racers . Ofcourse there will be all sorts of investigations and maybe even revisions of rules , but we just have to accept that there are risks . The thrill of the speed tends to push the fears aside .

Any way the event was rained out on Tuesday night , shortening the event by 3 days .
