Question :- On the AON Insurance information page, to the right side of the Premiums information, there are two paragraphs. In the second paragraph it states, "Please note that this FIM insurance is only valid whilst outside Australia, etc, etc"", :?: :?:

G'Day Ronnie,
I just checked our application form and I cannot find these words at all.
Even did a search on "please" and "outside".
Is this the form you are using?

Page 1 of the 8 ,
Although this is a form i am familiar with to run FIM in USA , it states the FIM licence is not needed at national events and international events in Australia on page 1 with the insurance info
I think i will call MA and see what they think i need to enter

I concur with Ronnie the AON insurance states in side notes insurance only valid outside Australia ?
some other questions for any one who knows.
1. In the entry form photographs of the racing bike must be submitted with the entry form ,problem my bike is now in hundreds of pieces and is not likely to be ready for pictures until after the 16 Jan deadline can these pictures be submitted after the dead line if all other documents are submitted before the deadline?
2. I cannot find any where what happens if the event is canceled do you get your application fees and entry fee refunded? A lot of money to piss up against the wall if its not.
Greg if you continue reading it states elsewhere that an international licence is required for speed trial events.

Thanks Hawk, I will be contacting MA today anyway as I have been promised feedback on the Supp Regs "early this week", so I'll add this to the list.

Question 1 :- Building a bike, bits and pieces everywhere, three months out and thay want photos of the finished project  , I don't have a deffinative answer too this Gary,, in 2011, I didn't submit any photos and nothing was said, however in 13 I did and again nothing was said :?

Question 2 :- Yup, it's a mighty wet wall, up to the promoter to answer that one,,

The Supplementary Regs (which includes the entry form) have now been approved by MA and passed on to FIM, so we are one step closer.

Just had this info supplied by Ruedi.
If the event is cancelled 10 days before the 17th of March entrants will get 50% of their entry fee back. After that no money back.

This is an FIM requirement, so when you send your supplementary regulations in to Motorcycling Australia (which includes your entry form) you must have photos, nothing we can do about it.
